How do I get my Welcome Bonus?
Upload an invoice confirming the transaction with a foreign seller
If this is your first transaction on merXu with a foreign seller, you will receive a 15% refund of its net value (but not more than 100 €). Your first purchase cannot be cheaper than 300 € net (excluding transport costs).

How to set up a merXu account?
Create your account here.
When registering an account, please provide:
- full name of the company including the legal form of business, e.g. Merxu Sp. z o.o.,
- company contact details: e-mail address, telephone number,
- NIP - Tax Identification Number,
- country where the company is registered.
The e-mail address is one of the most important data and it will be used as:
- account ID, e.g. when logging in,
- the address to which we will send notifications concerning the account, including about the registration and verification stages of the account,
- the address to which you will receive marketing information from merXu.
The telephone number you provide in this section may be used to contact you during order processing.
After entering the data in the appropriate fields of the form, read and accept the content of the Terms and Conditions and select the marketing consents of your choice. You will finish setting up the account using the “Registration” button.
Who is the promotion addressed to?
The promotion is addressed to all customers who make purchases on the merXu platform from international sellers. The transaction is made by submitting an inquiry or by buying now.
How do you get money from Welcome Bonus?
In order for the withdrawal to be made - the customer's bank account number should be completed on the client's account. The customer must add it on his/her merXu account in the My merXu tab - Company settings - Bank account before invoice upload.
Payouts are verified by the merXu team and an accounting note is generated and sent to the customer.
The time for the settlement of the promotion by merXu's accounting and payment of funds to the customer is up to 30 days.
